Use the Wrap-n-Chill in 4 easy steps!
1. Take the plastic bag that the Wrap-n-Chill is packaged in and fill it 1/3 full with ice.
2. Fold the plastic bag in half, purging the air and zip it closed.
3. Insert the plastic bag with ice into the blue pouch of the bandage.
4. Wrap the bandage around the affected area using appropriate compression.
